$5.75/pound. Also known as a split-side, this is a great value for top-of-the-line local meats. However, since the side is split in half, we cannot offer custom cut options on this package. You'll get about 80-100 pounds of beef, including our own favorites of inch-thick steaks, extra lean burger, sirlion tip roasts, and more. You can budget about $450 to $600 for your quarter. We ask for a deposit of $100.
