Fruits, Berries, and Vegetables

Picture
Right now, we raise an enormous home garden.  Believe it or not, we eat vegetarian for much the peak harvest season.  We can lots of tomatoes and freeze lots of corn and broccoli.  We stock our cellar to the ceiling with canned homegoods, potatoes, onions, squash, apples, and other root vegetables.

On the farm, we have strawberries and wild blackberries. The last year that we had a bumper crop of apples, we counted more than 30 apple trees on the farm, both wild and domestic.  We press a lot of fresh cider, make a lot of applesauce and put up several gallons of hard cider for winter.  We have a young orchard with cherries, plums, peaches, and more apples that should be bearing in the next three to five years.

We hope someday soon to be able to share a bounty of produce with you.  For now, we’ll just offer for sale what we have a little extra of when we have it, and try to point you in the right direction for what you're looking for when we don't.
